I admit I am not a "Hot" guy. (In more ways than one.) I created this one for my friends that love the hot and said my "hot" was not. Like the other two it has the same base flavor profile but the heat is from several Carolina Reapers blended in. It lights your mouth up right away and stays in the back of the throat well after the meal.  Its a BBQ sauce not a Hot sauce so its not Stupid hot. It doesn't kill the flavor of the food you put it on. So while its too hot for me, if you like hot, you should really like this one.
