The one that started it all. A blend of the sweet and tangy sauces with the pork of the south east where I grew up with the rich spicy sauces with the beef in Texas when I was in the Air Force.  A tomato and vinegar based sauce that starts sweet and ends with some heat. Just enough to know you had some great stuff after a whold sandwhich or portion. It goes really well on everything.
